Summer Institute 2012 call for session presentors and discussion mentors
The 2012 ACCIS Summer Institute at Bryn Mawr College is seeking your participation in the programming. In particular, we are looking for:
* mentors to lead the Best Practices Round Tables
* topics for the Round Tables
* session proposals from ACCIS members
Our theme this year is "College Counseling & the Media." We encourage session proposals that relate to this broad topic, however, proposals on other subjects are also welcome.

ACCIS is pleased to announce the 2012 Summer Programs. Registration begins February 1, 2012 and space is limited.
Pre-Institute Workshop for New College Counselors
Dates: Friday, June 15 - Sunday, June 17, 2012
Location: Bryn Mawr College
Registration Fee: $300.00
Immediately preceding the 2012 Summer Institute at Bryn Mawr College, ACCIS will host its annual Workshop for New College Counselors, a two-day professional event from June 15 - June 17 for educators with zero to two years of experience at the secondary level. Designed to explore the challenges encountered specifically at independent schools, the Workshop will be led by a team of seasoned counselors who will host seminars and facilitate discussions.
Registration will open February 1, 2012 and is limited to 20 counselors.
