A. Financial Report – Dave Bonner
Summer Institute netted about $18,000
$116, 000 in money market
$10, 000 in bank account

Looking at financial planning for future –short term, long-term, strategic – example : connecting
with TIAA-CREF to manage creation of an endowment

Travel from host Kenyon College to College of Wooster
Bus tour after Institute to Ohio Wesleyan and Denison

Location will be Colorado College
Mark Hatch appeared and offered a pre-welcome to the college

Thanks to John Carpenter and Rod Skinner for getting started with programming

Need a leader to collect proposals

A. General considerations:
Get word out about ACCIS – word of mouth – explain ACCIS
Put ACCIS on own email signature line, School Profile
ACCIS members wrote up each session at Institute
Write up and photo or two would like to have from NACAC sessions taking place in Seattle

Need help – drafting, editing, posting – already have some volunteers, from Institute

Burke Rogers was elected as new Program Chair and previous Co-Chairs stepped down

A. Out reach core team from Founding Schools creating guidelines

Need to increase membership
Suggest that each member contact 5-10 people at other schools and encourage joining ACCIS
