The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee held the 2026 Equity & Innovation Summit at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. This year’s theme, “From Ideas to Impact,” reflected our shared commitment to transforming meaningful conversations into purposeful action within our schools and communities.

The work of equity and inclusion is ongoing—and so must be the conversations and actions that drive progress. As college counseling professionals, we play a critical role in fostering change that promotes access, belonging, and success for all students. Join us for three inspiring days dedicated to collaboration, reflection, and growth.

Summit Highlights:
